Time for a Mickey change...

A day in the life of Ez Man...here I am changing his Mickey G-Tube Button, which is the life saving invention that aids in the way that Ezzy eats.
Promise, there is no blood, but may be a bit much for some :) We are just used to "Mickey Land" here at the Borbe house!

Baby, you're a stud! Grey's Anatonomy's got nothing on you. I love you baby, thanks for being so smart and pretty.

I love how Ellie is helping. She was great talking to Ezra and trying to keep him calm so you could get the new one in.
How often do you have to change it?
We continue to pray for you often.

Aren't you amazed at the things you can do? At any point before Ezzie did you think to yourself, "Maybe I should learn to change out a mickey button just in case I need to know one day?" Had you even heard of a mickey button?

At first I kept trying to figure out why I have to take Ivey into flouro lab to have her button changed out. Then I remembered, Ivey has the g-tube and j-tube. Because of the j-tube she has to be under radiation to check for j-tube placement. Oh, how I wish we could change it out at home.

You are great!!! It is wonderful to know someone else in the world doing all these crazy things and loving every minute of it.

Hope you have a wonderful Easter. Thank you for helping me to carry my cross. It is something to think about this week.

Blessings,
Gwen
